Rev. John Edgar led Community Development for All People (CD4AP) from 2003 to 2022. CD4AP is a faith-based organization serving the South Side of Columbus that has developed more than $125 million in affordable housing and operates award-winning health and wellness initiatives, often in collaboration with Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Rev. Edgar holds a Master of Divinity, cum laude, from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, magna cum laude, from Miami University.

Hal Keller, Retired CEO of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
Hal Keller has over 50 years of experience in affordable housing finance and community development. He is a founder and retired CEO of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH), a nonprofit financial intermediary. During his 30-year tenure at OCCH, the organization raised and invested over $5 billion in private capital in over 55,000 units of affordable housing in 750 developments in Ohio, Kentucky and adjacent states. He holds Master of Arts degrees in both Public Administration and Social Work from Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Social Sciences from Case Western Reserve University.
